This project of bamboo fibers pallet is the requirement of our domestic customers. And their company is producing handkerchief paper and toilet paper as bamboo fibers raw materials, so they have abundant bamboo fibers. And we created bamboo fiber pallet using bamboo fiber wastes as raw materials.

Features of bamboo fiber pallet

1. Environment-friendly

We produced bamboo fiber pallet only contains natural fibers and synthetics resins. The final bamboo fiber pallets are compressed pallet without nails, and they are reused and recycled. Besides, they do not poison the environment when they are broken. Additionally, the broken pallets are also the raw materials for the new pallets.

2. Saving space

The compressed bamboo fiber pallet saves space up to 70%. For example, the height of 20 pieces of molded nestable pallets is about 0.75 meter. However, the height of 20 pieces of traditional wooden pallets is 2.7 meters. So compressed bamboo fiber pallet can save space in the warehouse.

3. Ready for export

Compressed pallet machine builds the bamboo fiber pallet with high pressure and high temperature. And it is one-time forming pallet. The final pallet meets ISPM15, and is ready for export. Hence, it will save the money required for the customs clearance process.

4. Low cost

The raw materials of bamboo fiber pallet are bamboo fiber wastes, which are leftover materials in the paper plants. So the price of the raw material is very cheap, which also reduce the investment. Moreover, the investment can be paid back within 10 months.

5. Customized design and size

The size of our created bamboo fiber pallet is 1200*1000 mm. But, we also can create special molds for custom designs or sizes. The dynamic load of the finished bamboo fiber pallet is 1.5 tons, and the static load is 6 tons.
