- Presswood Pallet Production line for Indian Client -

The story between Mr. Fernandes and us begins in the end of 2017. Mr. Fernandes is from India, who runs a family business, serving the wood packaging industry since 1972. He owns many companies in many cities of India, especially in Bangalore, Hubli, Guo. There are 6 factories in Hubli alone, where 2 sets of single-station press machine production line purchased from us are located. Before manufacturing the pressed wood pallet, his factories in Hubli generated large amount of waste woods every day, he had to sell the waste scrap wood cheaply. Using the press machines, he finally find another way to handle his wastes. Compared with the wooden pallets that meet the export standard, the pressed wood pallets are cheaper. Moreover, the profit of his traditional wooden pallet business is not high, only around 5%. Pressed wood pallet can bring more benefits for him as many of his clients like it.

This project is so good and Mr. Fernandes can’t wait to see our factory and the machines and wants to know how it runs. He settled his visiting time and after everything was prepared well, we met each other on 1st April, 2018.Mr. Fernandes, our manager, and technician were sitting together, communicating the project further. He told us that the molded pallets production in India mainly concentrated in the northern state of Gujarat, while there is still zero in the south. He is very optimistic about the prospects of the logistic transportation.

After the visit, Mr. Fernandes and us communicated the details of the machines, then he placed the order to us in October, 2018. He purchased a production line of 2 sets of
single-station press machines, to manufacture 1200x1000mm &
1200x800mm size pallets.The whole production line includes Wood Crusher, Dryer Machine, Glue Mixer Machine, Press Machines, and other auxiliaries such as conveyors.
The finished pressed pallets are very good, the surface of the pallets and the pallets legs are very smooth, free of burs. He was very satisfied with our machine and subsequently purchased pallet machinery from us several times.
