In this context, we were privileged to partner with Mr. Peton, the individual managing the factory’s essential functions.

With the goal of augmenting production capability, the client chose to invest in 2 American pallet nailing machines, 1 automatic palletizing apparatus, and a material storage table. Through careful dialogue and consultation, we were able to pinpoint the factory’s specialized needs, and consequently, present an exact solution tailored to them.

This collaboration story commenced on January 8, 2022, when Mr. Peton first came across our pallet nailing machines on our website. A relationship more than a year in the making, including diverse interactions and personal meetings at trade shows, finally culminated in a deal on May 23, 2023. Our display at the LIGNA exhibition in May 2023, where we exhibited our state-of-the-art automatic wooden pallet production lines, allowed for deeper conversation and solidified trust.

From the primary stages of email exchanges to later video discussions and comprehensive negotiations at the exhibition site, our integrity and expertise were at the forefront. Following the collaboration’s formalization, our production facility promptly embarked on manufacturing the machines. Within a mere three-month period, we finalized the production and effortlessly transported the machines from Qingdao Port to Australia.

Upon the equipment’s arrival, our installation engineer personally supervised the setup at the client’s factory, ensuring the production line’s seamless integration. This hands-on approach earned the client’s admiration, and they conveyed immense satisfaction with our products and service, anticipating further collaborative endeavors.
