February 25, 2025 – A delegation of Brazilian and Ecuadorian customers visited ThoYu today for an in-depth investigation of molded pallet machine technology and customized solutions. The exchange focused on the pain points of the South American market demand, and promoted the cooperation between the two sides into a substantive stage through the technology demonstration and customized solution discussion.

In the morning, representatives of the company arrived at the production base with the client team, and in the conference room, they first listened to the detailed introduction of the company’s development history, product advantages and molded pallet production process, and the on-site information fully demonstrated our technical strength and research and development achievements in the relevant fields.

Afterwards, all the staff visited the workshop after wearing safety helmets and accepting the explanation of safety precautions. At the site, our technicians carefully explained the compressed pallet production equipment, process and sample characteristics of molded pallets, focusing on the analysis of the equipment in the tropical climate adaptability, compatibility of multiple raw materials and other special technologies, won the customer’s high recognition.

After the visit, the two sides carried out in-depth communication on the customer’s needs in the conference room and discussed the whole set of molded pallet production program. The customer said that some details of the program will be adjusted to better match their production requirements, to ensure that the two sides reach cooperation as soon as possible.
