On 18th June 2024, the installation of our Canadian customer’s double-mould plastic pallet production equipment was officially launched, and our experienced installation engineer Sizheng Li was in charge of the installation and commissioning of this project.

 Since its establishment in 1999, the customer company has always stood in the forefront of the plastic products processing industry in Atlantic Canada. In order to expand its business scope and reduce the cost of its own pallets, the company ordered our double-mould plastic pallet making machine last year, which is specially designed for the production of 1200*1000mm PE plastic pallets.

In view of the unique power environment in Canada (460V, 60Hz, three-phase power supply), in order to ensure that the equipment can operate normally under the required voltage, our company also gave the customer two additional transformers, this thoughtful initiative has won the customer’s high appreciation.

 After ten consecutive days of careful installation and debugging by Engineer Li, the installation and debugging of the plastic pallet production equipment came to a successful conclusion, achieving the smooth production of plastic pallets. The smooth production of the project not only shows the excellent performance of our products, but also reflects our professional installation service level.

In the face of sudden voltage difference, equipment failure and temporary work stoppage and other challenges during the installation process, Engineer Li, by virtue of his rich experience and calm response ability, worked closely with the customer to solve the problems quickly and ensure the smooth progress of the installation and commissioning work.

 Mr Samuel, the customer’s representative, spoke highly of our installation service: “Good service, would be a little bit easier if English was more fluide. But Li is very nice and polite. “In response to the problems in this installation, our company will seriously analyse and optimize the installation process to provide customers with a better installation experience in the future.

The successful installation of the Canadian double-mould plastic pallet production equipment not only injected new production vitality for the customer company, but also laid a solid foundation for our company to further expand in the international market.
