In a significant move following a year of comprehensive dialogues and technical consultations, Canadian plastic production powerhouse, EverPallet, has joined forces with ThoYu, making a substantial acquisition of dual-station plastic pallet presses along with accompanying equipment. This acquisition symbolizes a remarkable development in PalletMach’s burgeoning presence in the global market.

EverPallet, with its inception dating back to 1999, has been steering the plastic pallet production industry with its four robust production lines, holding a prominent share in the Canadian marketplace. The firm not only possesses impressive production facilities but also manages an in-house processing workshop adept at crafting essential plastic pallet molds. The project mainly saw interactions with the company’s CEO, Jersey Jean, who highlighted the increasing market demands that spearheaded the necessity to escalate the production of plastic pallets with specifications of 1200*1000mm, utilizing PE as the foundational material.

The collaborative venture took its first step in 2022, initiated through a connection established via ThoYu’s official website. What followed was a meticulous year-long discussion exploring the multifaceted concerns revolving around plastic pallet production. The dialogue navigated from the suggestion of a single-station press to understanding and accommodating EverPallet’s preference for a dual-station solution to meet higher production requisites.

The negotiation phase was characterized by in-depth and transparent discussions encompassing various aspects such as technical requisites of the machinery, scheduling of delivery, and financial negotiations, thereby forging a pathway built on mutual trust and transparency. To further underscore their commitment, ThoYu undertook testing procedures using the raw materials supplied by EverPallet to ensure the products met the high standards envisioned by the latter, a pursuit that culminated successfully in April 2023.

July 2023 marked the fruitful completion of negotiations with the financial transaction facilitated through Alibaba. In a gesture reflecting ThoYu’s dedication and the harmonious rapport nurtured over the project timeline, EverPallet was extended a discount of 2,000 USD.
