ThoYu factory successfully delivered a pallet block production line to a customer in Costa Rica on January 21, 2022. The customer is a local pallet factory in Costa Rica that had previously purchased pallet block machines from other companies. However, the quality of the pallet block produced by these machines was not satisfactory, and they were prone to breaking and dropping slag, as well as experiencing frequent failures.

The customer sought to produce high-quality pallet blocks consistently and was impressed with ThoYu’s website, which outlined their use of MDI glue in the pallet block production process. MDI glue results in pallet blocks with improved load and hardness, longer service life, and waterproof and moisture-proof properties. Moreover, the use of MDI glue significantly reduces the production time of pallet blocks, improving production efficiency. The customer decided to introduce a pallet block production line that uses MDI glue.

ThoYu’s automatic pallet block production line utilizing MDI glue also addresses the problem of effectively recycling waste wood, producing no waste gas or waste, and achieving 100% utilization of wood. The customer wanted to produce pallet blocks of different specifications and purchased multiple sets of molds. ThoYu’s engineers provided the customer with 3D layout drawings, and the factory began designing and producing the pallet block production line.

The pallet block production line includes a comprehensive crushing machine, drum drying machine, glue mixing machine, pallet block machines, and automatic cutting saws. During the delivery period, ThoYu’s technicians completed the processing and assembly of the production line, conducting multiple tests on the final product to ensure good quality that met the customer’s needs.
