On January 24th, while many companies took a break for the New Year holiday, our dedicated factory team went above and beyond to meet an urgent customer deadline. Despite the festive season, the team worked tirelessly to ensure the timely loading of essential equipment for the palm pallet production line into containers, ahead of expected rain and snow that could cause delays due to icy roads.

The shipment, which marks the second order from the customer, included crucial components such as a raw material crushing system(wood crushing machine), pallet molds, and an automatic feeding and leveling system(apply for compressed pallet machine). Each item was loaded into the containers with precision, following the specified loading list and securely fixed using standardized methods to ensure safe transport.

Even during the busy holiday period, our team showed remarkable commitment, working well into the night on January 24th. By the early morning hours of the 25th, all the equipment was successfully loaded and dispatched to the port, ready for shipment as planned.

The equipment is now on its way to Malaysia, where it will play a vital role in enhancing the customer’s production capabilities.
