Currently, our company has successfully delivered and installed compressed wooden pallet machines for a customer in Mexico, who has already initiated production using our equipment.

The Mexican customer expressed that their local area has an abundance of coconut shells and coconut fibers that can be effectively recycled. Upon discovering the production process of compressed wooden pallets, they became interested in investing in this line of business. After watching a YouTube video showcasing our company’s compressed wood pallet production line, the customer reached out to us on WhatsApp to inquire about the cost of a processing line for compressed pallets.

To provide the customer with comprehensive knowledge about our equipment, we extended an invitation for them to visit our factory in China. The customer, accompanied by their friends, accepted the invitation and made the journey to our facility. As a gesture of hospitality, our factory made advance hotel reservations and our sales manager personally greeted them at the airport. The customer greatly appreciated our exceptional service.

During their visit to the factory, we meticulously demonstrated the various features and capabilities of the machine to the Mexican customer, addressing any inquiries they had. Furthermore, we arranged for the customer to visit an operational wooden pallet processing factory, allowing them to witness the actual performance of the wooden pallet machine.

The Mexican customer expressed immense satisfaction with their trip, as it provided them with in-depth knowledge about the wooden pallet machine and a deeper understanding of the wooden pallet business as a whole. Despite taking a cautious approach, the customer contacted us two weeks after returning to Mexico, confirming their intention to place an order for a complete set of coconut pallet machines from our factory.
