Our CP7 pallet production line features a Siemens servo motor that ensures accurate nailing positions with minimal errors. The equipment can meet production demands with only 3-4 people, and during production, we have designed the cylinder stroke to be larger for thicker plates, reducing nail length to match plate thickness and solve the problem of bent nails during nailing. Our nail gun includes a sensor that alerts workers when nails are missing and stops equipment operation until nails are replaced.
