The sawdust tumble dryer includes a hot blast stove, a feed port, a rotary cylinder, a motor, a material conveying pipe, a cooling cylinder and a discharge port. The rotating cylinder is located on the active drum, which is driven by the motor and deceleration drive to rotate the rotating cylinder at low speed. There is a feed port between the hot blast stove and the rotating cylinder, and a lifting plate is arranged in the rotating cylinder. When the rotating cylinder rotates, the lifting plate will raise the material and mix the hot air evenly. When the machine is working, the material is constantly picked up and scattered under the inner sheet to achieve heat exchange. Under the high speed hot air drying, the moisture in the wet material evaporates, and the sawdust gets dry.
